We Surrender

Acting on behalf of architects Chapman Taylor LLP, HMC has negotiated the partial surrender of their lease at 10 Eastbourne Terrace, Paddington, W2.
Land Securities agreed to take back the 9,000 sq ft lower ground floor, where the passing rent was almost £400,000 pa, and to pay Chapman Taylor a sizeable premium. HMC are further retained to sublet a small suite on the ground floor which remains the architects’ London HQ.
