Argos Ltd has signed to take a new sublease on just over 16,000 sq ft of office space at 129 Wilton Road, SW1.

Acting on behalf of Premier Oil Plc, HMC has sublet the 4th and 5th floors at a rent of just over £51.00 per sq ft plus rent free. Argos took a short term sublease from Premier who have released the space following the relocation of their North Sea operations to Aberdeen. HMC are retained to market a further 20,000 sq ft on the 6th, 7th and 8th floors.
