New space to relax

On behalf of the GFTU, HMC took on the project management role at the Quorn Grange Hotel in Leicestershire.

The £5m project involved the design and construction of hotel extension, apartments, houses and nursery.  Alterations were also made to existing hotel and conversion of existing nursery to form an office with extension.  The works were supervised by the building surveying team at HMC.
