New Prospect Sold

HMC are pleased to announce the sale of 8 Leake Street.  HMC assisted their trade union clients, Prospect, in the sale of their 20,000 sq ft Headquarters building in Waterloo.

Following negotiations with several interested parties, HMC introduced Scottish Widows Investment who agreed to buy the building for £18m.
