Mortimer Acquired from Aberdeen

Acting on behalf of the freeholder, Berners-Allsopp Estate, HMC has negotiated the purchase of the long leasehold interest in 19-21 Mortimer Street from Aberdeen Asset Management.

The 38 year interest with short term rental income was secured after the building had been marketed by Aberdeen at £3.8m. Having now gained direct control of the investment, HMC is instructed to asset manage the building and maximise longer term rental income.
