On behalf of a private investor, HMC acted as asset manager and project manager in securing planning consent and overseeing the redevelopment of a former office building into 5 luxury apartments. Following completion of the building contract in late summer, HMC has managed the disposal of all the apartments with 4 now occupied and the final one in solicitors’ hands. The change of use and development works has resulted in a six-fold increase in the investment value of the client’s asset.
