Acting on behalf of trade union, Prospect, HMC has sold the freehold interest in 30 St George’s Road, Wimbledon SW19.

The purchaser, a joint venture between developer Bellhammer and investment management company TH Real Estate, paid £4.5 m for the 9,150 sq ft building, which adds to existing ownerships in the Wimbledon area. As part of sale, HMC negotiated a short leaseback to cover Prospect’s temporary occupation of the building in line with the union’s wider property strategy.
