From beginning to end

On behalf of clients, Genesis Investment Management, HMC designed and project managed the fit out of the 4^th and 5^th floors at 16 St James’s Street.

HMC oversaw the progress until completion of the high quality, impressive floor layout.  Terms were also successfully negotiated for the 11,000 sq ft space for a 10 year lease.
