Enhanced Reputation

Acting on behalf of interior architects, MCM, HMC has let the 3rd floor at 71 Hopton Street, London SE1 to image and brand specialists, Reputation Inc.

The floor was taken on a lease until March 2020 at a rent of £53 per sq ft, with a seperate agreement which allowed MCM and Reputation Inc to share the 4th floor and roof terrace as hub space and for informal meetings and presentations.
