Creative Skillset, a training organisation for the creative industries, has relocated form Focus Point in Kings Cross, N1 to 1-4 Grosvenor Place, SW1.

HMC acted in disposing of Skillset’s lease at Focus Point, which was assigned to the Travel company Arriva Ltd at the passing rent of £350,000 pa. HMC then agreed terms to take the part 5th floor at Grosvenor Place on a new short term lease at £29.50 per sq ft – following hot on the heels of Third Energy’s move to the same building (see previous article).
