Berners-Allsopp Revamps in Fitzrovia

Acting as asset manager, HMC has secured planning consent for the Berners-Allsopp Estate to redevelop 41-44 Berners Street W1.

The project, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, will comprise a 7-storey mixed use scheme including 22,000 sq ft of offices and 5,300 sq ft of retail and restaurant space. Work is due to commence in the summer with completion in early 2017. HMC are retained as letting agents.
