A Patently Good Development

Acting on behalf of the freeholder, Berners-Allsopp Estate, terms have been agreed with Derwent London at 29-33 Berners Street, W1 for the grant of a new long leasehold interest and development agreement.

This triggers the development of Copyright House, a 105,000 sq ft new scheme comprising 85,000 sq ft of grade A office space and 20,000 sq ft of residential. The scheme, designed by Piercy and Company, has received planning consent and work started on site earlier this month. Completion is expected in the latter half of 2017. HMC are retained as letting agents on the office element.
