Graham Rossall MRICS
Graham is a Director and a co-founder of HMC.
After graduating from Liverpool Polytechnic, Graham worked briefly in the public sector before joining leading private consultancy Herring Baker Harris where he worked in the West End offices department gaining valuable experience in agency and landlord and tenant matters.
Graham helped to form the new partnership of HMC, where he continued his role in agency and professional matters with notable projects including the sale of 75 York Road, Waterloo to Scottish Widows and the subsequent letting of the completed scheme to the NHS, plus the sale of 50,000 sq ft Central House, Upper Woburn Place WC1, also to Scottish Widows. Landlord and tenant instructions have included rent review negotiations for WPP at Wells Point W1, totalling 60,000 sq ft, and for MI Property Group at 91 Wimpole Street, W1 of some 50,000 sq ft. A slightly more unusual task included the urgent acquisition of 10 regional offices for Trinity College London, which was successfully completed within a 3 month deadline.
Graham is also on the approved register of the Ethical Property Foundation providing pro-bono/reduced fee advice to small charitable organisations.
