Andy Morrison BSc MRICS
Andy is a Director and a co-founder of HMC.
After graduating from Reading University, Andy joined the West End offices department of leading consultants Herring Baker Harris. Here he gained valuable experience in agency, landlord and tenant, investment and development matters and rose to the position of main board director before leaving to help set up HMC.
Andy has over 30 years experience with notable deals including in the assembly of a large development site in Soho W1, for Henderson Central London Office Fund, the management of the planning process to secure consent for a new 80,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme designed by Eric Parry Associates and the subsequent sale of the site for £80m. Also for Henderson, Andy is appointed to provide strategic advice on the Rosewood Portfolio in Clerkenwell.
Andy also provides strategic advice to the Berners Allsop Estate which has included the restructuring of leases and negotiation of a joint venture agreement with Derwent London to facilitate the development of the 100,000 sq ft Copyright Building, plus its subsequent pre-letting to Capita plc, and development and leasing advice to enable the Estate to create a new 30,000 sq ft grade A office scheme designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman.
